Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Sameer account at any time through the app.

• When your account is deleted, your user profile will be permanently removed from our systems.
• However, complaints you previously submitted will remain in our system for audit purposes.
• This includes complaint descriptions, media files, timestamps, and geolocation.
• These records are retained without linking them back to your deleted user profile.

This process ensures compliance with iOS App Store and Google Play Store policies while maintaining necessary audit trails required by government authorities.
